Should you choose to pay in instalments these will be taken on the anniversary date of your first payment and will conclude once your account is clear. You must return your course to us in a resellable condition within 14 days of notifying us of your cancellation. You are responsible for paying any return shipping costs and we recommend that you obtain proof of postage. We will process the refund for your course within 14 days of receiving your materials back, less postage and packing. Refunds are not available for international students (living outside of the UK and Ireland). After the 14 days have elapsed we will not accept a refund request and any returned materials will be refused delivery. You remain liable for all fees plus any additional charges incurred for administration, failed direct debit payments or chasing action, including legal fees if appropriate.

Anybody with a reasonable standard of general education will be able to cope with the academic demands of the course. If you can read and write well enough to complete a job application, and have a good grasp of basic maths (add, subtract, multiply and divide) you should have no problems. The course materials are written in simple everyday language and the answers to your assignments will be completed in the same style.In addition to the comprehensive course materials provided, you will receive a Study Guide to assist you, and, of course, you will have the support of your tutor.

You can take as long as you wish. All courses have up to 12 months tutor support included, but most can be completed in much less time. As a guide to the time required, take the recommended study hours on the course description and divide that number by 52 (the number of weeks in a year). By doing this you will see that, for example, a course requiring 100 study hours works out at less than two hours per week. If you were to devote four hours per week to this course, you could complete it within six months. Eight hours would take three months etc. Obviously, people learn at different rates, and some have to juggle jobs or family commitments as well. In most cases though, 12 months is plenty. You submit your assignments through the Student Portal one at a time for marking. This enables your tutor to properly assess the standard and style of your work for each section, and give you feedback which will be used on your next assignment; a process of continuous improvement. On obtaining feedback and comment you will either move on to the next assignment or review and rework the one you submitted.
